Hello, thanks for posting this, very helpful. Already made some sad experience with Cambodian mail service. By now already three letters to Cambodia are lost and never arrived, although the address is complete and correct and even a phone number of the recipient is written on the envelop.
Only the expensive Express Mail Service is working without any problem, but just normal mail is not reliable.

I have a box since many years at the main post office. For one year, I pay since several years Riel 60,000.- – less than US$15.- I think there are also P. O. Boxes at other post offices, like at the one near the Monivong/Sihanouk crossing.
